Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Process refunds, returns, cancellations, and adjustments according to company policies.
