Position: Spanish Travel Helpdesk Coordinator

Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 80,000 gross
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM–6:12 PM | Weekends Off (Saturday – Sunday)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Strong proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
️ Open to foreign nationals currently based in the Philippines.
️ Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
️ Background in personal or international travel is a plus.
️ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
️ Proficient in computer applications with excellent internet and web navigation skills.
️ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, travel support, or hospitality.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️Provide bilingual (Spanish–English) travel assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
️Handle inquiries about bookings, itineraries, travel policies, and service options.
️Assist customers in modifying, canceling, or confirming travel reservations.
️Deliver professional and accurate information regarding flights, accommodations, and travel requirements.
️Troubleshoot travel-related issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
️Ensure high-quality customer service by adhering to company standards and guidelines.
