JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Fluent in Portuguese and English.
️ Open to foreign nationals with a 13A, permanent, or temporary resident visa.
️ At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
️ Willing to work onsite on a rotational schedule.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Assist external users with questions or issues regarding client technical products or services
️ Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, or other designated products
️ Follow escalation procedures for unresolved issues and perform outbound follow-ups when necessary
️ Document and report all issues accurately and promptly
️ Perform other related tasks as assigned
