JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can speak Spanish and English and has written and oral communication skills
Previous experience in HR support, administration, or related field preferred
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRIS systems is a plus
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Ability to work night shift onsite in Quezon City.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
Support payroll, benefits administration, and leave management
Coordinate HR communications and employee engagement activities
Help ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
Generate HR reports and assist with data analysis as needed
