Job Requirements:
Open for Undergraduates
With at least 2 years experience as a Trainer in a BPO setting.
With sales experience is a plus
Amenable to work onsite in Clark Pampanga
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive training materials, including lesson plans, manuals, videos, and interactive activities for new hires and existing staff.
Observe and monitor customer interactions, providing constructive feedback and identifying individual and team skill gaps.
Prepare and organize training resources, schedule sessions, and maintain accurate records of all training activities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend updates to improve quality and alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate with managers to support new initiatives and provide hands-on training or guidance on specific products and systems as needed.
