Position: Spanish Procure-to-Pay Specialist
Industry: Shared Services
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary Range: ₱70,000 – ₱75,000
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite once a week & 4 days WFH after training)
Languages: Spanish and English

QUALIFICATIONS:
️ Filipino candidate fluent in Spanish and English (both oral and written)
️ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
️ Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
️ Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
️ Skilled in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and analysis
️ Excellent communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
️ Willing to work on a night shift schedule
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Review and process purchase requests from internal stakeholders
️ Maintain accurate supplier data and performance metrics
️ Define delivery terms, quantities, and payment conditions
️ Verify supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance
️ Generate payment files and process supplier payments
️ Review invoices and reconcile payment proposals
️ Prepare Broker Expense and Bank Reconciliations
️ Perform other related administrative or accounting tasks as required
