They are operating as a shared service company in the Philippines supporting the global operations around the world.
Position: Portuguese Human Resource
Company Industry: Australian Shared Services
Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 70, 000 - Php 90,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift (3:00 pm - 12:00 mn) | Nightshift (9:00 pm - 6:00 am)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (once or twice a month onsite)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to foreigner who speaks Portuguese and English language
Can speak English well
Bachelor's Degree in any courses
Must have work experience from 3 years above
Experience in HR Business Partners is a plus.
Must be willing to work in a Mid Shift or Nightshift
Must be able to work in Ortigas Site
No Age limit or gender preferences
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and reporting to HR Leaders and stakeholders
Training and advising managers on strategies for recruitment, selection, and interview evaluation procedures.
Perform confidential investigations on policy violations, workplace issues, and incidents with the guidance of the local HRBPs.
Follow a clear process and respect the local laws and languages to resolve most concerns, such as issues related to performance, attendance, or procedures.
Prepare data and information for negotiations, such as. competitor analysis, agreement drafting, and communication writing
