Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 70,000
Work Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM onwards (Graveyard shift), 2 days off
Work set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Spanish language both verbal and written.
Can Communicate in English (Conversational).
At least two years of college required or completion of a vocational course or any related.
With Customer Service experience is a big Advantage.
Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder.
Willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish and English via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
