Position: Portuguese Technical Support Representative
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 85,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting / Rotational
Work Setup: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino candidates fluent in Portuguese and English
️ Open to foreign nationals with 13A, permanent, or temporary resident visa
️ At least 1 year experience in customer service or call center roles
️ Willing to work onsite on a rotational schedule
️ Basic technical knowledge is an advantag
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical assistance to external users for client products and services
Perform basic troubleshooting (hardware, software, networking, etc.)
Escalate unresolved issues and conduct outbound follow-ups when needed
Accurately document cases, issues, and resolutions
Ensure timely and professional customer support
Perform other related tasks as assigned
