JOB REQUIREMENTS:
❍ Proficient in Lithuanian and English Language
❍ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course ❍ Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
❍ Knowledgeable in Computer application
❍ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
❍ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
❍ Answering phone calls, emails, and chat messages from users experiencing technical difficulties.
❍ Managing technical documentation.
❍ Prioritizing and managing multiple support requests simultaneously.
❍ Troubleshooting common computer errors.
❍ Perform other related tasks
