Salary: Negotiable
Work Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM onwards (Graveyard shift), 2 days off

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Proficient in Spanish (spoken & written)
️ Conversational English communication skills
️ At least 2 years of college, vocational graduate, undergrad, or bachelor’s degree holder
️ Customer service experience is a strong advantage
️ Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
️ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, and web in Spanish and English
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Analyze issues and provide timely and accurate resolutions
Document interactions and prepare basic reports
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Perform other related tasks as assigned
