JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino candidates fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
️ At least 1 year of experience in Spanish customer support, service desk, or helpdesk roles
️ Good command of English and Spanish for professional communication
️ Comfortable handling customer concerns via phone and email
️ Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
️ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide first-level technical and customer support to Spanish-speaking users
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email channels
Accurately log, track, and update support tickets and interactions
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Identify recurring issues and suggest process or service improvements
Ensure a positive customer experience by meeting service-level standards
