JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino candidate fluent in Spanish, able to speak, read, and write the language.
At least 1 year of experience in a Spanish Customer Service Representative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Willingness to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle and resolve support requests from end-users via phone and email in Spanish and English.
Accurately document all support interactions and activities for record-keeping and reporting.
Recommend process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
