JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino candidate fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written.
Good command of English, with strong communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Basic computer navigation and email handling skills.
Willingness to work night shifts and rotating schedules.
Open to onsite work in Pasay.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🧡 Handle Spanish and English customer interactions via calls or emails, assisting with inquiries and concerns.
🧡 Provide accurate information and ensure customer issues are resolved professionally and promptly.
🧡 Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
🧡 Collaborate with internal teams for issue escalation or cross-department coordination.
🧡 Deliver excellent customer service by demonstrating patience, active listening, and clear. communication.
🧡 Support additional team tasks or duties as assigned.
