JOB REQUIREMENTS:
↪ Preferably a non-native Spanish speaker with strong command of the language.
↪ Proficient in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
↪ Open to college graduates and undergraduates (minimum of 2 years in college).
↪ Knowledge of Microsoft server, workstation, and network technologies is a plus.
↪ Experience in troubleshooting technical issues using Spanish is preferred.
↪ Customer service and technical support experience is an advantage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and provide technical support to internal clients for IT-related issues.
Translate technical issues, requests, and concerns using relevant tools and systems.
Assist with troubleshooting inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Investigate and resolve problems affecting company systems, applications, and services.
Participate in the development and improvement of internal IT support services.
Receive, track, and process technical requests or issues to ensure timely resolution.
