Position: Spanish Travel Coordination Specialist
Industry: Travel & Tourism
Location: Makati City (Work Onsite)
Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 80,000 (Gross)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM - 6:12 PM
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➺ Proficient in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
➺ Open to foreign nationals currently residing in the Philippines
➺ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields
➺ At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Hospitality roles
➺ Personal travel experience is a strong advantage
➺ Tech-savvy with excellent computer and web navigation skills
➺ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
► Handle travel inquiries and bookings in both Spanish and English
► Assist travelers with trip planning, including transportation, accommodations, and itinerary coordination
► Translate marketing content such as newsletters, advisories, and travel announcements
► Provide timely support and solutions to address client questions and concerns
► Manage emergency calls and urgent travel-related issues, ensuring client safety and quick resolution
► Deliver world-class customer service with professionalism, empathy, and a passion for travel.
