Position: Spanish Procure-to-Pay Analyst

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 75,000
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-UP (Work onsite for the 1st 3 months of training)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can speak Spanish and English, written and oral communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or business administration.
Proven experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable (AP), or Finance Operations.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Knowledge of purchase order processing, invoice validation, payment reconciliation, and vendor management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including purchase order creation, invoice processing, and payment reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, disputes, or payment issues.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of transactions, reports, and reconciliations in internal systems.
Monitor and track payment schedules to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to P2P.
