Position: Portuguese Human Resource Specialist
Company Industry: Shared Services
Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 70, 000 - Php 90,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift (3:00 pm - 12:00 mn) | Nightshift (9:00 pm - 6:00 am)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (once or twice a month onsite)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to foreigner who speaks Portuguese and English language
Can speak English well
Bachelor's Degree in any courses
Must have work experience from 3 years above
Experience in HR Business Partners is a plus.
Must be willing to work in a Mid Shift or Nightshift
Must be able to work in Ortigas Site
No Age limit or gender preferences
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with managers and the Learning team to finalize and consolidate the nominations for the leadership development program on behalf of the HRBPs.
Develops and implements HR strategies, coaches and consults with managers on HR matters, and drives organizational change.
Acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with the company's overall goals and strategies.
Monitor the status of Performance Agreements and follow up with managers.
Manage job codes and SOD chapters for organizational changes, work with People Services on the bulk upload template, and verify the letters before giving them to the leaders.
