Position: Italian Jewelry Representative

Work Location: Lapu-Lapu, Cebu City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 gross
Work Schedule: Nightshift | Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino can speak, read, and write Italian language
Proficient in English language
Open to undergraduates
Customer Service is a plus
Willing to work in Cebu City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and resolve consumer complaints
Deliver outstanding client service by offering knowledge and guidance on jewelry selection and maintenance.
Take care of administrative tasks like order and shipping management, transaction processing, and precise record keeping.
Maintain inventory control by precisely recording sales and replenishing stock.
Resolves Payment complaints
