Position: Danish Technical Support

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 90,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Any Foreign National proficient in Danish language
Proficient in English
With or without related experience
Can work in Taguig City
Amenable to start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Danish customers with their concerns about a specific account
Incoming inquiries and service desk tickets are managed, prioritized, and documented.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied
Software installation, configuration, and end-user requirements
Perform regular maintenance tasks on computer systems.
Keep knowledge base up-to-date with the latest information and solutions
