Position: Danish Technical Specialist
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Danish and English Language
At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Knowledgeable in Computer application
Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing customer support for programs and applications
Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems
Resolves tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity
Consults with users to determine appropriate hardware and software needs and assists in placing orders
Tests compatibility of new programs with existing ones
