Position: HR and Admin Assistant
Company Industry: Construction company
Location: Lapu Lapu City, Cebu
Salary Offer: Php20,000-Php25,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 6:00PM
Work Set Up: On-site
Job Requirements:
BS degree in Psychology or Human Resources, or a relevant field.
With at least 3 years of work experience.
Knowledge in DOLE rules is an advantage.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Amendable to attend face to face interview.
Job Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation.
Ensure the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is up-to-date and properly maintained.
Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, onboarding guides, and other employee materials.
Assist with payroll processing by providing accurate and timely employee data.
Support recruitment activities, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Help ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
