Company Profile: This company is an investment bank present in more than 50 countries. This is one of the biggest banks in the world. They provide accounting reports, profit and loss, reconciliation, risk control, IT, settlements to different businesses worldwide.
Position: German Trade Support Associate
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Industry: Financial Services
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Midshift (3pm-4pm - 11pm-12AM)
Work Set: Up: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open for Foreign nationals who can speak German and have permanent residence in the Philippines.
Bachelors degree holder of Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or any related course
Has 3 years above experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering
Proficient in SAP, ERP systems, and financial modeling tools
BPO experience handling financial accounts are open to apply.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring that all trade confirmations are matched in a timely manner, meeting the relevant regulatory requirements on confirmation timeliness.
MIS Reporting and performing analysis on settlement breaks.
Detailed oriented, adaptable to changes in the work environment while maintaining strong teamwork and project ownership.
Identifying and contributing to enhancements in workflows, automation, and system architecture.
Providing client service by responding to ad-hoc queries from internal and external clients.
Handle post-trade lifecycle activities (settlement, payments, accounting).
Assist with system testing and project initiatives.
