JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in both Italian and English
Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
Open for Undergrad, Vocational or High School Graduate
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
Amenable to work in shifting schedule
Willing to work in Cebu City or Manila - BGC, Taguig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Translating from English to Italian, including requirements, designs, emails, tickets, error information, etc.
May requires conferences or meetings with clients, vendors, and counterparts, interpreting services could be needed.
Providing coaching or language training, help bilinguals develop their capabilities.
Investigate, gather, and become familiar with business, technical, and tool terminology.
Make use of and help improve translation tools to boost output. Being open to receiving cross-training in project management/support or technical (SAP, Oracle, SFDC, Service Desk, etc.) tasks
Work at a service desk where you must communicate both orally and in writing in a language other than English.
Perform other related task if needed
