Job Requirements:
Open to fresh graduates and undergraduates
At least 2 years of experience in a voice account role
With BPO industry experience
Willing to work onsite on a graveyard shift
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Handle complex and escalated customer concerns related to financial accounts
Provide accurate support on transactions, billing, and account maintenance
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data privacy policies
Assist and guide junior agents when necessary
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance and quality targets
