Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With 7–10 years of experience as a Senior HR Generalist
Experience working in a Japanese or fast-paced company is an advantage
Willing to attend face-to-face interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the company’s partner HR firm and external vendors
Collaborate closely with hiring managers on recruitment and workforce planning
Handle employee relations concerns, including complaints and disciplinary actions
Promote employee engagement and provide guidance to staff and management
Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration
Assist in compensation review and wage benchmarking activities
Support the HR Manager in performance evaluation and review processes
Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations
