Job Responsibilities:
Conduct QA follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and escalate concerns when needed
Gather work order details and coordinate scheduling for timely service delivery
Source, vet, and onboard vendors based on client requirements
Process work orders using ServiceSync WOM in compliance with guidelines and NTE limits
Coordinate with vendors to ensure services are completed accurately and on time
Request, review, and validate vendor invoices for accuracy
Confirm service completion and report issues to the assigned Account Manager
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder (open to undergraduates)
Experience in QA calls and invoice processing is an advantage
Willing to attend interviews (online or onsite if required)
Can start as soon as possible
