Job Responsibilities:
•Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees
•Conduct onboarding, product, process, systems, and soft-skills training
•Ensure trainees understand company policies, procedures, and performance standards
•Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions
•Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, mock calls, and certifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with valid PH/ US Registered nurse
license.
With at least 1 – 2 years’ experience in US Healthcare Account
Wit experience in Exposure to Inpatient/Concurrent reviews
With at least 1 year of trainer experience
Amenable to attend interviews
