Position: Norwegian IT Helpdesk Associate

Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
❍ Filipino national who can speak, read, and write Norwegian and English language fluently
❍ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
❍ Excellent technical and computer skills
❍ BPO experience is an advantage
❍ Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
❍ Assist Norwegian customers with their concerns about a specific account
❍ Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers, installation activities, reported issues, and completed solutions along with any further actions required of management or repair personnel.
❍ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and resolve password issues
❍ Attend to inquiries from customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
❍ Analyze call logs or ticket requests to detect common trends and underlying problems
❍ Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
❍ Perform other related tasks
