Position: Spanish Human Resources Specialist

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 78,000
Work Schedule: Night shift Schedule

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Filipino who can speak Spanish and English, written and oral communication skills
• Open for Senior High School, Undergraduate, or College graduate
• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations (preferably in a BPO or multinational setting)
• Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS systems is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and on a night shift schedule
JOB RESPONSILIBILITIES:
• Handle onboarding and offboarding in Spanish and English
• Assist Spanish-speaking employees with HR concerns
• Support employee relations and policy compliance
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases
• Help with recruitment and candidate coordination
