JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Spanish and English Language
Filipino or foreign national with a permanent visa to work in the Philippines
At least 1 year of experience in Spanish BPO voice experience (REQUIRED)
Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder
Knowledge of IT support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and network fundamentals.
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office 365
Ability to work night shifts in an on-site setup at Eastwood, Quezon City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Manage and document support tickets
Escalate complex problems when necessary
Maintain clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist with software installation and updates
Follow company policies and service standards
