JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
Previous experience in Spanish Human Resources, preferably in BPO or multinational companies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance in the Philippines.
Ability to work night shift onsite in Quezon City.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for Spanish-speaking employees.
Support HR processes such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Maintain HR records and reports.
Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
