Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 5 years of BPO experience in customer service and technical service desk environments.
With 3-4 years of experience in leadership role is a plus
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality assurance through effective client engagement and communication.
Analyze business and technical requirements; design, review, and validate solution designs and system architecture.
Contribute to project estimation, planning, and delivery by providing accurate technical and solution inputs.
Lead, mentor, and guide teams to deliver high-quality, optimized solutions in compliance with organizational standards, best practices, and processes.
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
