Job Description / Responsibilities
Lead and direct the Retail Coordinator (RC) team, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
Plan and execute visual displays and presentation strategies to attract customers and promote products.
Evaluate the effectiveness, performance, and impact of retail modules and displays.
Audit module/display/POP work conducted by the RC team and implement corrective actions for improvement.
Oversee all POP material and freebies distribution, monitoring, and request management.
Manage the setup (ingress), execution, and teardown (egress) of store exhibits and special displays.
