Bachelor’s degree

Job Description / Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Retail Coordinator (RC) team, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
Plan and execute visual displays and presentation strategies to attract customers and promote products.
Evaluate the effectiveness, performance, and impact of retail modules and displays.
Audit module, display, and POP work conducted by the RC team, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Oversee the distribution, monitoring, and management of POP materials and promotional freebies.
Manage the setup (ingress), execution, and teardown (egress) of store exhibits and special displays.
