REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
Open to Undergraduates and Bachelor’s degree.
Open to foreign nationals with a permanent visa.
1 year of experience in a coaching or training capacity
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to identify process pain points and provide effective guidance and improvement recommendations.
Can start as soon as possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Manage and develop a team of agents/trainees, ensuring operations run efficiently and handling escalated calls.
Provide feedback and floor support to maximize agent performance in real time.
Conduct coaching sessions (individual, bi-weekly, and real-time for red-flag behaviors) and complete performance development planning.
Monitor attendance, schedule adherence, and coordinate with analysts/team leads on performance feedback.
Facilitate team meetings when necessary.
