REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, project management, or a related field.
Having 8 years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
Demonstrated expertise in overseeing the complete lifecycle of artwork, printing, and digital asset creation within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple functions (marketing, R&D, sourcing, design, external agencies, and operations).
Knowledge of artwork and design software is an asset; while hands-on design work isn’t required, familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) helps facilitate communication with creative teams.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global and local stakeholders.
Solid functional expertise in marketing, branding, and new product development.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Led and oversaw multiple packaging artwork projects from design through to print package.
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Manage feedback loops, consolidating inputs to minimize iterations and maintain efficiency.
Sets agenda and clearly defines cross-functional responsibilities from project start to completion.
Act as a mentor/coach for associate artwork project managers and project coordinators.
