REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, project management, or a related field.
Having 3 years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
Knowledge of artwork and design software is an asset; while hands-on design work isn’t required, familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) helps facilitate communication with creative teams.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global and local stakeholders.
Solid functional expertise in marketing, branding, and new product development.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Track and update project progress in management tools and spreadsheets, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and plan deviations are recorded.
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Compile and communicate artwork project updates, highlighting progress, issues, and resolutions to senior managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Coordinate feedback, integrating inputs effectively to minimize revisions and optimize workflow.
Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays in the artwork development process and implement solutions to mitigate them.
