Job Requirements:
College graduate in accounting or any related course
With at least 3 years of relevant experience in Financial/Accounting unit.
Experience working in a Shared Service industry is an advantage.
Amendable to work in shifting schedules.
Amendable to work onsite.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls/messages regarding account balances, transaction history, payment issues, and general financial queries
Perform actions like updating personal details, changing account status, or closing accounts.
Diagnose and resolve technical/billing issues for customers using financial software or platforms.
Recommend and explain financial products that fit customer needs.
Use multiple software systems simultaneously to access customer data and log interactions.
Meet KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for customer satisfaction, resolution time, and call volume.
