REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Having at least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment on
Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment compliance is an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
