REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese applicants who can speak conversational Mandarin and effectively communicate with Chinese customers.
Can speak English and Tagalog.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Knowledgeable in luxury retail and sales techniques.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Shows excellent organizational abilities and a willingness to learn.
Proactive, motivated, and results-driven.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Welcome all clients and provide exceptional service for every visit or inquiry.
Understand client needs, offer personalized recommendations, and introduce them to the brand.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while attracting new customers.
Manage the full sales process, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
Support store targets and service KPIs.
Record client information for CRM and follow-up activities.
Handle after-sales services, including repairs and customer updates.
