REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin, English and Filipino
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
At least 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within tech, gadgets, or electronics.
Proven experience managing Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok stores.
Strong analytical abilities and proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
Effective communication skills in English, Filipino, and conversational Chinese/Mandarin.
Familiarity with online marketing, advertising optimization, and marketplace algorithms.
Strong leadership capabilities and ability to perform well under pressure.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Oversee daily operations of all online platforms, ensuring accurate listings, pricing, inventory, and content.
Coordinate with warehouses and China Head Quarters for order fulfillment, stock replenishment, product launches, and documentation.
Monitor platform compliance, sales performance, inventory levels, and campaign results, providing actionable insights to management.
Plan and execute platform campaigns and manage/optimize online ads to maximize traffic and revenue.
