Position: Spanish Visa Help Desk Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Salary: Php 80,000 monthly
Schedule: Rotational shift (Day Shift and Night Shift)
Work Set-up: Work onsite
Languages: Spanish and English

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino or Foreign national who can speak Conversational Spanish
Filipino who speak conversational English
70% English and 30% Spanish
NO experience required as long as you can speak Spanish
Having customer service background is not required but AN ADVANTAGE
Open to fresh graduate or candidate with zero experience
College level preferably completed 1st year college
Having travel or visa processing experience is an added strong point
Can start ASAP and willing to accept job offer on February 10, 2025
Willing to start as soon as possible
Willing to be part of a New Account in the Philippines
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guide Spanish customers on the documents needed for visa processing
Provide list of documents on how to acquire tourist visa for New Zealand, Finland and Australia
Provide step by step guide on how to process visa
Set expectations of the timeline and turnaround time of visa release
Assist customers on how to send their visa requirements online
Give timely Update to customers on the status of customer’s visa
