Position: Vice President, Retail Operations
Location: Taguig City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: Php200,000-Php300,000 (Negotiable)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
At least 10–15 years of experience in retail sales management, with 5+ years at a senior leadership or executive level.
Amenable to attend interviews
Amenable to work onsite
Can start as soon as possible
Job Description / Responsibilities
Develop and execute long-term retail sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives and growth targets.
Lead and oversee nationwide retail operations, ensuring consistent store performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences.
Direct annual sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support data-driven strategic decisions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, retail formats, and market expansion initiatives to grow market presence.
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key partners, suppliers, distributors, and major corporate accounts.
Drive continuous improvement in store operations, merchandising strategies, and sales programs to maximize revenue and profitability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless retail execution and organizational alignment.
Establish, track, and analyze KPIs and sales metrics to ensure performance targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
Lead, mentor, and develop retail sales leadership and field teams to foster a high-performance, results-driven culture.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging retail technologies to maintain a strong competitive position.
