Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree holder
With at least 10- 12 experience in Sales management, business development in industries (SaaS, Fintech, BPO, Software) is a plus
With experience in solution selling or working with service industry in Philippines is an advantage
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the HR and payroll outsourcing and SaaS market in the Philippines.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of HR and payroll requirements, statutory compliance, and government reporting.
Analyze the competitive landscape for HR and payroll services to identify market trends and opportunities.
Map HR/payroll demand versus supply in key business districts to uncover growth opportunities.
Promote and sell the company’s HR/payroll technology solutions to prospective clients.
Provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data to support strategic decision-making.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention.
