Bachelor’s degree
With experience in Home Appliance industry as Product / Retail Trainer is an advantage

Job Description / Responsibilities
Conduct 2-day onboarding training programs for new promoters across all categories, scheduled weekly based on promoter intake.
Lead monthly training sessions covering new products, key models, and sales techniques for all categories.
Deliver customized training sessions at dealer locations, supporting 2–3 dealers per month as needed.
Organize quarterly or product launch-specific training initiatives to ensure up-to-date knowledge and skills.
Develop and adapt training materials, decks, activities, and assessments to suit the Philippine market.
Track attendance, evaluate performance, and assess overall training effectiveness.
Document and share promoter success stories to reinforce best practices in selling key models.
Manage distribution of GCash incentives to promoters.
Identify skill gaps and recommend tailored training solutions to enhance sales performance.
