Job Description / Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Retail Coordinator (RC) team, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
Plan and execute visual displays and in-store presentation strategies to attract customers and promote products.
Evaluate the effectiveness, impact, and performance of retail modules and displays.
Audit RC team activities related to modules, displays, and POP materials, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Oversee distribution, monitoring, and request management of POP materials and promotional freebies.
Manage the setup (ingress), execution, and teardown (egress) of store exhibits and special displays.
