Job Responsibilities:
Perform QA follow-ups with clients to confirm satisfaction and escalate issues as needed.
Collect work order details and coordinate scheduling to ensure timely service delivery.
Source, vet, and onboard vendors according to client requirements and compliance standards.
Process work orders in ServiceSync WOM in accordance with guidelines and NTE limits.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of services.
Request, review, and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Confirm service completion and report any issues to the account manager for resolution.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
Open for Undergraduates
With experience in QA calls and invoice processing is an advantage
Amenable to attend interviews
