Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
At least 2-3 years of work experience in marketing operations and management role.
At least of 1-2 years of team leadership experience is advantage
At least 2 years of work experience in home appliances industry
Willing to attend face to face interview
Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Leading and managing the Retail Coordinator (RC) team, ensuring proper execution of retail standards and initiatives.
Planning and executing visual merchandising strategies including displays, modules, and presentations to attract customers and promote products.
Evaluating and auditing retail modules, displays, and POP materials, tracking effectiveness, performance, and compliance, and driving corrective actions.
Managing POP materials and freebies, including requests, distribution, monitoring, and inventory control.
Oversee store exhibit operations, handling ingress, execution, and egress of store setups and special displays.
