Position: Danish IT Service Desk Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino can speak, read, and write Danish language
Proficient in English
With or without related experience but IT/Tecnical Support is a Plus
Can work in Taguig City
Amenable to start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Danish customers with their concerns about a specific account
Incoming inquiries and service desk tickets are managed, prioritized, and documented.
Taking care of technological problems fast and effectively
Software installation, configuration, and end-user requirements
Notifying the appropriate teams and departments of any significant issues
Providing the best possible network performance
